What kind of Wax do you use?
The type of wax we use may depend on the product you choose, such as for wax melts and candles. However, you can count on all our products to utilize soy wax or soy/coconut wax.
What kind of Wicks do you use?
We use cotton wicks for our candles as they can be trusted to function impeccably for every customer.
When will my order ship?
Orders will generally ship within 1-3 days. Some factors may cause a delay, such as stock issues or changes made to the order. In the event that there is an unexpected delay, we will reach out to let you know.
Do you ship international?

What if an item is damaged or defective?
You can view our return policy in our About section, but to put it simply, if an item arrives damaged, you can be assured we will do our utmost best to remedy the issue. You can contact us on our About page or email us at contact@newenglandwitchcrafts.com
My candle has a bumpy surface after burned?
If this is your first time burning a soy candle, this is normal. When the wax cools, it tends to form an uneven surface. This should NOT
however include deep holes in the surface of your candle. These are referred to as sinkholes and are a defect in your candle.
Can I reuse/recyle my candle vessel?
You can certainly recycle your empty candle vessel. As for reuse, you are free to upcycle or make crafts or household items from our
candle vessels. However, we do not recommend using them for candles as
repeated re-use could cause the glass to weaken and safety is a concern
for our customers.

It sure is hot out!
The summer is not a good time, especially, for shipping candles. We will take extra care during these times with packaging and may even delay shipping during a heat wave in your area. However, for all our care, your candle could still arrive melted.
While we can replace items that arrive melted, we do ask that our customers pay attention to where they are shipping to. If packages at your location are delivered
in direct sunlight without anyone to take it in all day, we recommend finding another solution.
Where is the artwork from?
All of our artwork comes from public domain sources: meaning the original works are no longer under copyright. We carefully select these pieces, often drawing from medieval manuscripts, vintage illustrations, and other historical archives, giving them new life in our designs.
